Patrick was very helpful, especially in the way he was on top of everything happening in the market.  He had his ear to the ground and gave me daily updates of new listings.  He was always able to make himself available to meet with me to go and view properties. 

We lost two offers to higher bidders but we kept going until we found just the right one and he helped make sure that I got that one... and I got it for just below appraised value.  We really did look at a lot of properties over many weeks and, although it was tiring, I was certain that I had found the best property for me, and it was a deal.
